The holidays are officially here, which means our house is about to smell like cinnamon, sound like Christmas music, and look like we let a glitter factory explode inside.

Every family has their traditions — and today we thought we’d share a few of ours.

1. The Christmas Tree Debate (Every. Single. Year.)

Every November, we all pretend we’re going to “keep it simple this year,” and then suddenly we’re hauling home the biggest, fluffiest tree the farm has.

Alyssa always picks the extra full one. Nikki always pretends to disagree. Then we end up with it anyway.

Tradition.

2. Matching Pajamas — Whether We Like It or Not

Some families do matching pajamas.
Some families don’t.

We are the kind of family that does matching pajamas even when one of us rolls their eyes… looking at you, Alyssa.

3. Baking Day (AKA: the Great Kitchen Disaster)

We bake cookies every year. Some batches come out perfect. Others… well… the dog enjoys those ones.

It’s messy. It’s chaotic. And it never feels like the holidays until we do it.

4. Our Newest Tradition: Permanent Jewelry Together

Starting our business has added a new tradition we adore:

Doing our own little welded pieces for the season. Whether it’s:

  • A matching bracelet

  • A charm to symbolize the year

  • A chain that marks a milestone

It’s our sentimental little way of closing out the year together.

5. Community Love

Watkinsville during the holidays is magical.

Lights everywhere.
Small businesses shining.
Events, markets, hot cocoa, friendly faces.

We love being part of something that brings people joy, both in our town and in our little corner of the permanent jewelry world.

Traditions Matter

They don’t have to be fancy. They don’t have to be perfect. They just have to be yours.

From our family to yours — we hope your holiday season is full of warmth, laughter, sparkles, and the people who make you feel at home.
