All permanent jewelry is custom-fit and welded specifically for you at the time of your appointment, making each piece personalized.

Because of this, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Repairs & Re-Welding

We stand behind our work and want you to love your piece.

• We offer complimentary re-welding within 48 hours of your original appointment

• After 48 hours, re-welds or repairs may be subject to a small service fee

• If something doesn’t feel right within 24 hours, we’ll make it right—no questions asked.

If Your Jewelry Breaks

Permanent jewelry is durable but not indestructible. If your chain breaks:

• Keep your chain and bring it back to us for re-welding

• We will assess and repair whenever possible

Out-of-State Clients

If you are traveling or located outside our service area:

• Keep your chain if it comes off or breaks

• You may visit any permanent jewelry provider to have it re-welded

• Most providers offer quick, low-cost re-weld services

We are not responsible for third-party repair work, but we’re always happy to guide you if needed.

By purchasing permanent jewelry, you acknowledge that:

• Daily wear may cause natural wear over time

• Proper care is required to maintain appearance and longevity

• Chains can stretch or break if caught or pulled
